We are a planned community in Colorado Springs, Colorado consisting of 82 units.  There are a few basic floor-plans of two or three bedroom units with attached garages, separate front doors and back patios. 

There are landscaped common grounds maintained by the HOA, a clubhouse with common room and kitchen, downstairs sauna and hot-tub, upstairs a pool table shares space with a treadmill and some exercise equipment.  There is a community swimming pool and a deck.  We also have one tennis court.
